Volunteer Recovery Coaches are needed in Oxford County!
What is a Recovery Coach? A Recovery Coach promotes recovery and removes barriers and obstacles to recovery, serving as a personal guide and mentor for people seeking or already in recovery from an addiction to alcohol and or other drugs.
Who can be a Recovery Coach? Everyone is welcome, whether you are in recovery, a recovery ally, friend, or family member.
Is there training? Will I be paid? Recovery Coaches are unpaid volunteers who will who participate in a 5-day intensive training academy designed to provide individuals with an understanding of both the art and science of Recovery Coaching.
