Treetop Women’s Recovery House is a holistic, contemplative program designed to support profound changes during early recovery.
Daily meditation practice, yoga, Native American drumming and outdoor eco-spiritual exercises are among the activities that will be offered in the evenings and on weekends. These are all part of the overall goal of encouraging the development of a strong Matrix of Connectedness to support stable long term abstinence.
The length of residency will vary, with 90 days being the shortest stay and 12 months being the maximum. Recovery can not be rushed. Finding out what works, or doesn’t work, on one’s journey toward long-term sobriety takes time. One of our main goals is to provide a safe and supportive environment while you begin to find the balance between maintaining an individual recovery plan and moving back into the wider world.
