Reiki is a holistic therapy, in the same category as massage, polarity, acupuncture, and acupressure. It is non-invasive, non- manipulative and integrates with traditional medicine and other modalities of treatment without contraindications. Reiki relieves stress and brings about a state of relaxation and balance which allows our bodies to aide in our healing process. It is very light touch or can also be done without touching. A client remains clothed during Reiki Sessions. Sessions are given on a massage table or anti-gravity reclining chair. Open to Adults and children with parents consent. Men/women/neutral.
