Life’s losses can be a challenging transition to navigate through. When we think of loss, we think of terminal illness, suicide, death of someone in your life, death of a pet, the end of a relationship or friendship, separation or divorce. It’s something in your life that brings you grief or loss and you need help with the transition.
There is no one “right” way to work through grief. Grief and loss are legitimate experiences that deserve compassion, sensitivity and respect to navigate, process and resolve through creative exploration.
